The Regional Office of the National Water Resources Management Committee 2 (RWRC 2) conducted a field visit to monitor the progress of the project related to the feasibility study, survey, design, and environmental impact assessment for the project to conserve, restore, and develop water resources in the Lam Plai Mat wetland basin, Buriram Province (February 4, 2026).

Ms. Kanda Kuprasert, Director of Water Resource Development Division 2, assigned Ms. Manasanan Thanukulwutiroj, Director of the Environmental Impact Assessment and Evaluation Section, along with the procurement acceptance committee, to visit the site to monitor the consultant's work and jointly survey the Lam Plai Mat wetland and water sources in Lam Plai Mat Subdistrict, Khok Klang Subdistrict, Lam Plai Mat District, and Chamni Subdistrict, Chamni District, Buriram Province. The purpose was to find solutions to water resource problems to be used as data for project planning, in collaboration with local community leaders, to discuss water resource management in the area, approaches to conserving and restoring water sources and water distribution systems, and to listen to suggestions that would be beneficial to the project implementation.
